These two teams will meet for the 77th time this Saturday in the Swamp, and while this is close series, with Auburn leading head-to-head 39-35-2, Florida has dominated winning 8 of 10 and last 5 straight. However, nobody will forget the win Auburn had in 1994 when they beat us in the Swamp. They have met annually since 1912.
I will never forget my freshman year listening to the radio as Kerwin Bell brought the Gators back and beat Auburn in Auburn late in the game.
I expect Florida to continue to play the fun-and-gun with new found QB sensation Rex Grossman (Jesse you are done!). Auburn has a control the ball and run, run, run offense and the Gators should jump on the score early and fast.
I expect this game to be over by the 3rd quarter and hope to see Brock Berlin in action. The Gators must continue to win and beat these lesser SEC opponents in tuning up for the showdown in Jax vs. UGA.
Look for Gaffney to have a big game.
